These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ramen.tools, operated by Amphibian Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United States. By accessing or using ramen.tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

ramen.tools is a community where makers share the tools they use. You can sign in with your X (Twitter), Google or LinkedIn account, build a public maker profile, claim the tools that make up your stack, favorite tools, and take part in community features such as the leaderboard and our mini-games. Your profile is publicly displayed on ramen.tools.

2. Eligibility and allowed content

Anyone may use the service, provided their use is lawful and appropriate. The following are not allowed:

Illegal activities, content or services.
Fake or misleading profiles, impersonation of other people or companies.
Spam, malware, phishing, deceptive or fraudulent content.
Cheating or manipulating points, the leaderboard or the mini-games.
Adult content, hateful content or content that infringes the rights of others.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile, listing or content that does not comply with these Terms, at our sole discretion, without notice.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you provide for your profile is accurate and not misleading.
Tools you claim as part of your stack should be tools you genuinely use or recommend.
You are responsible for the content of your profile and your use of the service.

4. Golden membership

Golden Ramen is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to Golden features, including the ability to claim tools and publish changelogs, deals, launches and milestones. Additional claim slots can be purchased separately as one-time payments. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The set of features included in the membership may evolve over time as the service grows.

5. Payments and refunds

All payments are one-time payments processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for these transactions. By purchasing Golden Ramen or extra slots you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Once access is granted, payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged in error or are experiencing a problem with your membership, contact us through email and we will help.

6. Our rights

We may reject, delay or remove any profile or content at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms.
We do not guarantee any particular placement, position, traffic, search ranking or results from your participation.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service (or parts of it) at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The ramen.tools name, logo, design and content are the property of Amphibian Digital LLC. Your profile and content remain yours — by using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on ramen.tools and in related promotional materials.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amphibian Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, traffic or revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the United States.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
